Nu Gateway
The edge node that brings the field's different protocols onto one backbone.
Not every device in the field speaks the same language. A single facility runs analogue sensors, serial (RS485) industrial equipment, Modbus-based PLCs and modern wireless IoT devices all at once. Nu Gateway was designed to resolve exactly that complexity, in the field.
Deployed at the field layer, Nu Gateway collects data from devices on different protocols, pre-processes it locally (edge computing) and forwards it through mesh network technologies or other communication methods to the central NuPlatform, and from there to enterprise systems (ERP, SCADA/PLC, third-party platforms). Thanks to its “Gateway/Sink” role in the architecture, every node in the field carries data across the whole network rather than depending on a single device — when a link drops, the system automatically switches to an alternative route.
